About KACYMEP Youth Mentorship
The program provides opportunities for Kenyan youth ages 9 - 17 to experience team building, leadership
development, personal growth, career focus, grooming, and social skills development through a cooperative
programme which means everyone works together to get things done. The programme is designed to develop the
potential in our youth into peak performance and to shape their self concept in a manner that impacts
positively not only on their perception of life but also on their desire to live fulfilling youthful lives.

To provide expertise in educational guidance, through a professionally guided youth mentorship programme, to
help Kenyan youth make positive life choices that enable them to maximize their personal potential.
Our Vision
The KACYMEP programme envisions a community in which every youth experiences nurturing one-to-one
relationships and community support, which in turn allows each of them to develop into their full potential,
capable of making informed, responsible decisions as involved members of their community.

Why We Exist
We believe that mentorship is a powerful tool to bridge the gap between potential and success. Many youths
lack access to role models, guidance, and a support system. KACYMEP was created to fill that gap and give
young people the push they need to rise, lead, and make a difference.
